Twitter Game Plan

Time to Get After It!  If you have been following along you are aware of the 4 Hacks to Improve Your Tradeshow ROI.  #1 is You need to tell people you are going!

For events -> This means @Twitter. and @Twitter, and @Twitter.  And Here is a link to get your "Twitter Game Plan".  The TGP will outline the when, and provide the tweets -> All you need to do is cut, paste and schedule!    It's that easy!

What does your "Twitter Game Plan" Look Like?
The overall objective of the game plan is that for people, otherwise known as attedees, otherwise known as "potential clients" or "current clients" will be searching @Twitter for show information.  The TGP puts you and your booth at the top of that search.  How?
Well for every event there is a @Twitter Handle and #Hashtag. Every Event is hosted by an organization. They have a @Twitter handle and #Hashtag as well. Guess what? If the hall is big enough -> It has a @Twitter handle and #Hashtag as well. The city the event is in? You Bet!
And once you start engaging - well there is a method to this madness as well. I will not discuss the pre-event marketing you have to accomplish 6 months out. Or one month out. Or 1 day out.
No one cares how many followers you have - this activity is for those searching during the event. Hashtag and Handle with your booth number over and over again.
Distribution is free, you can set these up ahead of schedule - helps people find you.
And it helps with Tradeshow Hack #1.

Note: If your brand known for the products and services and there is no way the #Marketing Gods will allow you access to the @Twitter handle for the company, service or product? Get an "event" handle for the company. Tie into the main marketing channels for your company, but you get to have fun with it! There is so many ways to slice this hack. #exhibit #display #kansascity #missouri #marketing #brand #kansas #YourBrandOurBusiness #exhibitassociates
